Summer

Outdoor enthusiasts will have a lot to discover during summer in the Dolomites: the South Tyrolean mountains inspire visitors with wonderful hiking trails at all levels of difficulty, not to mention varied mountain bike routes and leisurely walks. But that's not all: several outdoor pools invite you to relax, cosy alpine huts tempt you with excellent local dishes, while events throughout South Tyrol will delight young and old.

Winter

First-class skiing fun – the Val Gardena / Alpe di Siusi ski area with direct connection to the Dolomiti Superski area is a real ski paradise and is just a few minutes' drive from our farm. Owner Thomas will be happy to accompany you on your ski tour and show you the best slopes of the largest ski area in the Alps. But cross-country skiers, snowshoe walkers, winter hikers and toboggan lovers will also get their money's worth here. Apart from all of these winter sports activities, there is something that really cannot be missed: a rest stop at one of the inviting, rustic alpine huts.

Spring

When the peaks of the Dolomites are still covered with snow, in Laion the birds already start chirping, the days get longer and the first crocuses bloom. Spring is the ideal season to hike and walk in the fresh air. The beautiful towns of Chiusa, Bressanone and Bolzano are definitely worth a visit. Moreover, you can visit the castles of South Tyrol or just enjoy the tranquillity.

Autumn

Pure holiday fun! As autumn is the time of the Törggelen celebrations in the Eisack Valley, you will be pampered with tasty delicacies, roasted chestnuts, and a taste of this year's wine in the traditional taverns. Treat yourself to a nice walk on the chestnut paths and admire the diverse autumn colours. Autumn is also the ideal season for numerous hikes in the lower mountain range with breathtaking views. You can also look forward to the annual cattle drive in a festive atmosphere.
